Modelo e lista de materiais
Na Tecumseh, o nome do compressor e a identificação da variante precisam ser comparados juntos. Modelos semelhantes podem aparecer com lista de materiais diferente para 127 V e 220 V, componentes elétricos distintos ou outra faixa de aplicação.
A tabela permite pesquisar pelos dois códigos. Se a etiqueta mostrar, por exemplo, o modelo AE2413Z-DS1A e a identificação AE1373BR, use a linha que contém exatamente essa combinação.
Condições da capacidade frigorífica
Os valores de capacidade só podem ser comparados quando a condição de teste é a mesma. As linhas LBP desta seleção usam referência de evaporação em −23,3 °C; as linhas M/HBP, −6,7 °C; e os modelos rotativos HBP, 7,2 °C. A temperatura de condensação de referência é 54,4 °C.
Por isso, dois compressores com HP semelhante podem entregar resultados diferentes no equipamento. Deslocamento, refrigerante, eficiência, torque de partida e faixa de evaporação também precisam coincidir.
Óleo por variante
A carga apresentada pertence à linha completa da tabela. Há modelos com 160, 185, 228, 243, 250, 330, 380, 458, 492 ou 506 mL. O tipo varia entre POE, mineral, sintético e polivinil éter, com viscosidades diferentes.
O volume não deve ser usado isoladamente para reposição. Quando há perda de óleo, o circuito precisa ser avaliado para localizar vazamento, contaminação ou retorno inadequado antes de qualquer intervenção.
Atenção
R-600a é inflamável e exige procedimento e ferramentas próprios para hidrocarbonetos. Sistemas com R-22 e blends também exigem identificação correta do fluido existente. Não faça equivalência ou mistura apenas porque os compressores têm a mesma potência comercial.
